Mobile Deficiency Completion

Providers can now access and sign/decline signature, missing text and missing document deficiencies from any location using a mobile device by accessing the Mobile Deficiency Complete (MDC)/OneContent app directly from the PatientKeeper app.

Highlights:

• No additional login for the Mobile Deficiency/OneContent app – launch directly from the PatientKeeper app!
• Access to review, sign and decline deficiencies
• View the outstanding deficiency count directly from the PatientKeeper app.
• Easily return to PatientKeeper by using the iOS return button
• Mobile Deficiency Completion is currently only available on iOS and does not include coding queries from 3M360 which can only be accessed via PatientKeeper Desktop.
